Kindred is an Arabic and English educational website about periods, pregnancy and motherhood. We aim to help readers understand general information and prepare questions for their care team, not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment.
Editorial responsibility
Content is published under the Kindred name. Site management receives questions and corrections through the support email below. We do not claim that all material was written or reviewed by clinicians.

Articles link to general health references such as the NHS, ACOG and WHO. A citation does not mean those organizations review or endorse this site. Articles labeled “Medical review pending” have not received documented medical review. We do not label content medically reviewed without a real review.
